Het vredige Nederland: zorgeloos en ontspannen. En daardoor onveilig. Want veiligheid vergt inspanning.

Sinds de koude oorlog wordt de inspanning voor de veiligheid van Nederland geleverd door de Verenigde Staten. De Nederlander heeft dan ook goede reden om de Verenigde Staten en haar president Donald Trump dankbaar te zijn en te steunen. Want de Nederlander heeft geen baat bij haar ontwrichting en val:

Zoals ook blijkt uit een toespraak van de Nederlandse minister-president Mark Rutte - waarover Euronews op 4 oktober 2019 berichtte:

"The EU needs the US for protection against China and Russia, the Dutch Prime minister, Mark Rutte, said in a speech at the Dutch Atlantic Association on Friday.

"We cannot guarantee our own security", Rutte said, arguing that Europe has no alternative to its alliance with the US.

This, he added, means that Europe should agree to US president Donald Trump's demands and cultivate a good relationship with the United States: "We do not like it, but the time when Europe could hide under the US security umbrella for a tiny amount of money is over", he said.

Zonder de inspanning van de Verenigde Staten is Nederland nu als Laish toen was. Want er is geen nieuw ding onder de zon. Zoals het staat geschreven:
